RCG has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry including acquisition, entitlement, design, development, construction, renovation, leasing and sale of residential and commercial real estate in markets nationwide.
The company focuses on the acquisition, construction, and reposition commercial real estate assets. Property types include commercial real estate with a focus on retail and multifamily.
RCG has drawn on multiple decades of real estate investment to create a division of the firm focused on acquisition and development of real estate pad sites including retail users, bank sites, and convenience store-gas station properties.
Retail
Development of single and multiple tenant pad sites. Tenants include Super Wawa stores, banks, fast food, and other retailers.
Multi-Family
A complete renovation of 26 units into condominiums. This project in Asbury Park is currently sold out.
Mixed Use
This project was acquired and repositioned. The site covered most of a city block with over 50 residential units and commercial space, totaling over 150,000 total square feet.
