These investments have resulted in hundreds of successful projects and funding exceeding $15 billion. Paul has also acquired distressed companies and real estate assets over his career and returned them to profitability.
Paul has been a principal in companies specializing in real estate investment, construction, and real estate development. With over 40 years of industry experience, his focus is in real estate development and investment, including the reposition and construction of residential and commercial real estate.

Paul has spoken at numerous industry conferences and panels and is a member of various professional associations. He also serves as a board member for several charitable foundations, is the Head Lacrosse Coach at Bishop Eustace Prep, is married with three children, and is a graduate of the University of Delaware
