About A & B Development Group

RCG has created a joint venture with J & J Development known as A & B Development Group.

A & B has a programmatic platform utilized to identify, acquire, and develop single tenant net leased properties, existing shopping centers requiring a deep value add or re-positioning plan, and value add multifamily properties.

The principals of A & B have developed real estate over a 35-year period for an extensive list of retail users. Thousands of multi-family units have been re-positioned, and numerous locations have been developed for market leading retailers.

A & B identifies sites and obtains the necessary entitlements for these sites. We then proceed to develop pad sites and build to our tenants’ specifications.

Our team often repositions retail and multi-family assets, utilizing our in-house construction team.

We would like to collaborate with real estate professionals, building and property owners, and tenants seeking to expand their presence in new markets.
