Regional Development Group (RDG) has a extensive background in development including single & multi tenant retail, multifamily, mixed use, and general commercial including hospitality.

Our team has  identified, acquired, and developed  properties over a 40+ year period. RDG has repositioned and constructed commercial real estate assets utilizing our in-house construction and construction management team.

RDG has developed real estate for an extensive list of retail users, thousands of multi-family units have been re-positioned, and numerous locations have been developed for market leading tenants. RDG identifies sites and obtains the necessary entitlements for these sites and has built to our tenants’ specifications.
