Regional Capital Group (RCG) is a direct real estate lender and investor, fund manager, and advisory firm with extensive experience in structured real estate finance. Funding programs include the entire capital stack, structured as either senior debt, mezzanine, participating debt or equity. RCG has the ability to provide immediate feedback to borrowers and to structure a unique and timely solution to both traditional and non-traditional funding requests.
A direct commercial lender with over 75 years of combined experience and total funding of asset-based loans in excess of $10 billion, RCG was founded over 15 years ago by Paul P. Braungart. RCG focuses on providing clients with a creative and specialized source of capital and has funded transactions through several discretionary investment funds. RCG continues to create innovative loan structures to meet the requests of our clients.
As a real estate investor RCG has a unique model to acquire or joint venture projects across a broad spectrum of real estate assets. Today's lending environment requires a higher level of capital investment from investors and developers to develop these transactions. RCG has the ability to provide up to 100% of the capital in certain situations which allows for our clients to reserve capital for future projects.
RCG is also in the process of creating a Regional Center for the Immigrant Investor Program known as EB-5. This program was introduced by Congress to stimulate the economy through job creation and foreign investor capital investment. This will enable RCG to provide funding for projects which may require a unique blend of capital not readily available in the marketplace. This program will simply provide another avenue for RCG to creatively structure viable projects meeting the program guidelines. RCG is currently evaluating and pre-qualifying projects in anticipation of the opening of the Regional Center.
