Title: Senior Associate

Michael has extensive real estate origination and financial analysis experience. Prior to joining Regional Capital, Michael was a financial analyst with a major regional developer specializing in retail and residential construction and management. His primary responsibilities included financial modeling, cash flow projections, project valuations/feasibility, cost tracking, assisting in the preparation of bank financing proposal, deal negotiations, and document analysis. He also gained substantial student housing and retail knowledge, both from an underwriting and development standpoint.

Prior to this, Michael was the senior analyst with the CBRE | Melody Debt and Equity group for over four years and was responsible for underwriting over $400 million in projects. Michael has also been involved in the placement of permanent financing on numerous properties and underwritten many transactions involving joint venture equity, preferred equity and mezzanine financing. Michael has many long standing relationships with national and regional banks, life companies, federal agencies, equity funds and structured finance groups.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where he received a B.S. in Math Education and Wilmington University, where he received a Masters in Business Administration.
