Title: Vice President

Ashley Merrill Miller is the Vice President of Regional Capital Group, with over 10 years of experience in structured real estate finance, management and investment. Ms Miller focuses on the origination, evaluation and underwriting spanning the entire capital stack and has negotiated, managed and closed a diverse array of real estate transactions.

Prior to joining RCG, she was employed by Bayview Financial, whereby she assisted with their small balance commercial loan program. She also worked as an analyst at JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and a boutique hedge fund.

Ms. Miller's area of expertise include the development and maintenance of detailed financial models, structuring, underwriting and pricing of real estate and asset-based financing, portfolio asset management and loan servicing.

Ms. Miller graduated with a Bachelor's of Business Administration and a concentration in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami, where she attended on an athletic scholarship.
