Title: Chief Financial Officer

Joseph McGettigan has more than 30 years experience as a controller, operations/facilities manager and a CFO. His responsibilities include financial reporting for the company and coordination of loan underwriting. He is a senior member of the loan committee, supervises closing and servicing, and has established budget policies along with operational and financial controls for the company. Mr. McGettigan manages all of the properties in the portfolio and directs investor relations and communication.

Mr. McGettigan is also familiar with all the compliance procedures that are necessary to meet local, state and federal regulations. In his role with Regional Capital Group, he is also responsible for both the internal and external reporting that is reviewed by management, investors, and lenders. He coordinates the rapidly expanding alternative energy and mineral and ore financing division as well as constantly reaching out to develop new contacts throughout the industry to assist our clients with their financing needs and to determine the latest industry trends.

Mr. McGettigan is a graduate of La Salle University with a BA in Accounting and a minor in Management. A Certified Management Accountant (CMA), he is married with two children.
