Richard LeFevre has been active in all aspects of the real estate and building industry for over 30 years.  His experience includes land research, due diligence, land purchase, entitlements, engineering, market studies, acquisition and construction funding, design, construction, job-cost bookkeeping and accounting, advertising, marketing, cost estimating.  Richard is also experienced in site work design and cost analysis, site work installation supervision, production scheduling, municipal relations, hiring of, directing and maintaining effective relationships with building related professionals and the mastery of building related software.

Mr. LeFevre has directed commercial and income property development from a site selection, market survey, cost, valuation and financing perspective.  Immediately prior to joining Regional Capital, he played the critical role of Land Acquisition Manager for a top ten National Homebuilder. There Richard polished his analysis and market research skills incorporating the utilization of the most efficient methodologies for decisions regarding the responsible deployment of capital, calculations of the best yields and ROI’s, market and product positioning and competitive analysis.

Richard is married with four grown children and currently resides in Newtown, Pennsylvania.
